1. How long is the turnaround for a contracted project?
Takes about 2 weeks of music production for a single song at optimal rush order. Size of project will affect the timetable. We will agree on a projected release date to secure a deadline that will allow quality time to be spent on delivering the best audible experience.
2. Do you require a deposit?
There are several payment plans and methods that can be used to fit your specific budget while coinciding with the projected release date. These agreements will be tailored to the clients specific needs whereas the deposit will be to the benefit of both artist and producer.
3. Do you offer consultations?
Yes, consultations in live and recorded music production, songwriting, music arranging, engineering as well as post production are offered by email or video chat for free. Contact info is on the contact page.
4. I have received music and would like to change aspects of it. What do I do?
Open communication is key to providing quality product. Bassick Productions LLC maintains free reign of dialogue and ideas from it's clients until satisfaction is met. If, in the event the client is still unsatisfied with product delivered in a timely fashion, the product will be open to be revisited. It should be noted that there will be separate negotiations for a discounted charge agreeable by all parties.
5. How long in advance of a dated performance should I notify or book the services of Bassick Pro?
Bassick Pro should be notified of booking at least 30 days prior to desired booking date, to allow proper preparation for performance.
